PROCESS

Thank you for your interest in commissioning a Classical Wedding Portrait Painting. 

We are committed to creating a truly unique, timeless work of art for you, and the creation of a wedding portrait is usually found to be an enjoyable process by all. 

Painted over time at the artist's studio, these portraits offer traditional painting approaches that ensure the finest and most desirable qualites in portraiture. 

David has studied with the world's most prominent portrait artists, and his portraiture is in fine private collections throughout the world. 

He has also been awarded "Best in Rhode Island" recognition by Rhode Island magazine for his work in portraiture, and is the preferred wedding painter at Aldrich Mansion. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
 

The painting will be completed within three to six months of the initial sitting. Payment is 1/2 deposit at the first meeting, and 1/2 at the time of the delivery of the final painting 

Your input into the process is welcome, and your happiness with the final work is our shared goal.

16"x20" ~ $3800

24"x30" ~ $7500 

30"x40" ~ $9000 

All prices are for original paintings on canvas, for one figure. Additional figures are 25% per person, or pet. 

Examples; 

a 16"x20" canvas with three figures is 3600+900+900=5400.  

 
Framing is not included in price, and travel expenses may be added depending on the event distance.
